School Day Times

Please note that from September 2022 our school times will be changing and will be as follows:

Children MUST arrive at school by 8.35am.  Any child not in class by 8.45am will be marked late in the register.  All external gates and doors are locked from 8.45am so any child arriving after that time must report to the school office to sign in.  Any child arriving after 9.15am will be deemed to have arrived after the register is closed and will not receive a mark for the morning session. The school day will finish at 3.15pm, children must be collected promptly at this time from their designated door. (Total time per week 32.5 hours).

Nursery Times

Children attend Nursery full-time or part-time.

8.45am – 11.45am - Morning Session

1.00pm – 3.15pm - Afternoon Session

Key Stage One

8.45am – 10.15am - Session One

10.15am – 10.30am - Break

10.30am – 12.00 - Session Two

12.00 – 1.00pm - Lunchtime

1.00pm – 2.00pm - Session Three

2.00pm – 2.15pm - Break

2.15pm – 3.15pm - Session Four

Key Stage Two

8.45am – 10.15am - Session One

10.15am – 10.30am - Break

10.30am – 12.15pm - Session Two

12.15pm – 1.00pm - Lunch

1.00pm – 3.15pm - Session Three

Punctuality and Attendance

The parent/carers of any child not in school by close of registers at 9:15am, and who have not contacted the school with a reason for the child’s absence, will receive a phone call from school to ensure that the reason for absence is genuine. On their return to school the parent/career should SEND a note explaining the absence mark in the register. Regular non-attenders will be referred to the School’s Education Welfare Officer.
